Upon making a purchase from The Butterfly Bar Company, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

  1. They have read and understood the product descriptions, including the unique features and specifications of the Butterfly Bar.
  2. They understand the estimated delivery times and acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances can occasionally cause delays.
  3. They accept the return and refund policies as stated by The Butterfly Company.
  4. They are aware that the company uses third-party services for analytics and email marketing, namely Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, and email marketing tools.
  5. They provide consent for their data to be used for the sole purpose of order processing and shipment.
  1. All orders will be processed within 3-4 business weeks.
  2. Shipping times vary based on location but generally range from 4-7 business days.
  3. We currently ship globally, with certain exceptions due to logistical constraints.
  4. While we aim for prompt delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as customs checks or logistical delays can occasionally cause extended wait times.
  5. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete when placing an order. We're not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses or undeliverable packages.
  6. Butterfly Bar is not liable for any delays or unreliability in delivery caused by shipping or logistics providers. While we strive to meet our delivery commitments, unforeseen circumstances may impact the timing of your delivery.
  1. Returns/Refunds are only accepted within 72 hour time-window after receiving the product to declare possible damage.
  2. To be eligible for a return, items must be in the original, unused condition, and in the original packaging.
  3. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs if the product is un-damaged and a refund is requested from us. If the product got damaged in the delivery process you need to contact FedEx.
  4. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item otherwise.

  1. Once your return is received or the damaged product is inspected with details, we will send an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
  3. If you've not received a refund yet, first check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    Disclaimer:
    Refunds are possible only after the product has been received at our U.S. warehouse or if the product has not yet been dispatched. Unfortunately, we are unable to process refunds for products that are in the midst of the delivery process.

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
